"We're proud that most of our employees have been local graduates, especially in a time today, when it can be difficult for students to find employment in the areas they studied for.”
Southsea, Portsmouth, Hampshire (PRWEB UK) 1 August 2012
In a time when most companies are making cut backs, web design and development company, Something Interesting, is going from strength to strength. The company, which started in 2001 and is based in Southsea, has recently hired their 5th local university graduate.
Advertising graduate, Mandy Cobb, from Southampton Solent University, has been hired as the business' Marketing Assistant, to help continue the positive and steady growth of Something Interesting.
Managing Director, Steven Piper has stated:
“This is an exciting time for Something Interesting. We've worked with some amazing clients recently and we're pleased to be hiring and growing so well, especially in such financially uncertain times.
We're proud that most of our employees have been local graduates, especially in a time today, when it can be very difficult for students to find employment in the areas they studied for.”
Something Interesting is developing quickly, earning themselves new clients to work with; in turn creating more opportunities for job openings within the company. Previous graduate employees of Something Interesting have been from Portsmouth University, having studied either design or web development – and with many students having just graduated, the company has hopes of hiring again soon.
