Denise Holsapple Accompanies Clients on Grocery Store Tours to Make Wise Choices

California based Health and Wellness Coach, Denise Holsapple, is helping her clients to better understand that the right choices at the grocery store make cooking healthier foods in the kitchen much easier. Holsapple, owner of the website,, has expanded her services to include VIP days, which is a four hour program designed to help clients learn how to shop for healthy foods, cook fast and delicious meals that support their goals. Holsapple also shows her clients how to make-over their kitchen, refrigeration and pantries with non-toxic supplies and ingredients.

Additional services will be added which will offer Inland Empire residents in Hemet, Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee and Palm Springs, “Healthy Grocery Shopping Tours” and “Healthy Cooking Classes,” beginning July 29.

“I work with health conscious moms, stressed and exhausted women, and women interested in losing weight and increasing their energy,” says Holsapple. “On our grocery shopping tours, I support and guide clients to find balance with their lifestyle, and also the foods they choose on a daily basis.”

“I help clients to improve their eating habits, cook healthier meals, and I show them how to remove harmful chemicals and toxins from their bodies. In order to accomplish this, they need to have healthier homes, which then results in them being able to experience a remarkable increase in energy. Other benefits my clients gain is knowing which products to look for when shopping, and being able to stop their cravings and binges. In order for people to improve their current health conditions, they need to reduce their stress levels, often by exercising and making better food choices,” said Holsapple.

“With the recommended changes in my clients lives, I’ve seen remarkable progress in them sleeping better at night, getting rid of their aches and pains and having more energy and satisfaction,” she said. “The end result is they learn to achieve balance in their life,” she added.

Holsapple is a certified health coach and personal trainer with more than 25 years devoted to the fitness, education, medical and health and wellness fields. She has donated hundreds of hours as a volunteer wellness coach to public schools in Riverside County, as well as Easter Seals and Children’s Hospital of Hemet.
