The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is accusing President Obama, and his Administration of extreme incompetence for miserably failing 100,000's of US homeowners in not just Florida, or Virginia, but in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Southeast Texas as well, when it comes to the Imported Toxic Chinese Drywall Disaster. The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "From day one the problem with the toxic Chinese drywall disaster-at least in the extreme US Southeast was the Obama Administration never showed up in a meaningful way in early 2009, with the net result being today we have the atmospherics of the Wild West-no one is in charge. The reason we are so animated about President Obama being a no show to the toxic Chinese drywall disaster is pretty simple-toxic Chinese drywall contains hydrogen sulfide. Hydrogen Sulfide is strong enough to eat through a copper air conditioning coil in about a year in Florida. What is exposure to toxic Chinese drywall doing to the children, and families living in these homes? Most astonishing to us is Obama's new campaign slogan is Forward? We say why go Forward with a US sitting President, who has miserably failed so many by ignoring them, and leaving them behind? After being President for nearly four years, President Obama has yet to mention the toxic Chinese drywall disaster one time in public?" http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is openly mocking President Obama's being a no show to the Toxic Chinese Drywall Disaster for homeowners in Virginia, and Florida, as well as all US Gulf States. The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center estimates that in the states of Florida, Virginia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Southeast Texas there are at least 200,000 homes that contain either toxic Chinese drywall called Knauf Tianjin, or Chinese government owned Taishan toxic Chinese drywall, and the group considers the Imported Toxic Chinese Drywall Disaster to be the worst environmental disaster for US homeowners-Ever. So what is all the fuss about toxic Chinese drywall? The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "Toxic Chinese drywall contains hydrogen sulfide. Hydrogen sulfide is corrosive enough to eat through copper air conditioning coils in places like Florida in about one year. Our concern is pretty simple-if the gasses being emitted by toxic Chinese drywall are strong enough to eat through air conditioning coils in about a year-what is it doing to the women, and children, who live in one of these homes in Virginia, Florida, or any of the US Gulf States?" http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

So What Needs To Change?

  • The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "First and foremost President Obama needs to take ownership of his catastrophic failure to lead on this massive US environmental disaster involving imported toxic Chinese drywall, and he needs to order the US EPA to establish a rigorous universal protocol for the remediation of a toxic Chinese drywall homes. Simultaneous to this, President Obama needs to order the US Centers for Disease Control to begin studies as to what the long term health side effects are related to living in a home that contains toxic Chinese drywall-that is off gassing hydrogen sulfide. Finally President Obama needs to sign an Executive Order stopping Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or any US bank from selling any toxic Chinese drywall home foreclosure in any state until the US EPA comes up with a remediation protocol, and the CDC comes up with a report that determines if a toxic Chinese drywall home that is off gassing Hydrogen sulfide is even safe to live in. Please visit our web site, and click on "Pictures." If this is what air conditioning coils in a toxic Chinese drywall home in Virginia, or Florida look like, imagine what the off gassing hydrogen sulfide is doing to the lungs, or neurological systems of the kids, who live in these homes." http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
  • The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is imploring Judge Fallon of the Federal District Court of Louisiana to re-open the time frame to get all Knauf Tianjin victims identified to the court. The group considers the US Taxpayer to be a victim as well, because Fannie Mae has so many toxic Chinese drywall home foreclosures in their portfolios. The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is also urging Judge Fallon to order a halt to running the Toxic Chinese Drywall Claims TV Commercials until the intake staff at this group has a better understanding of what they are doing. The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "We have called the so called Chinese Drywall Claims Center and we have yet to find one customer service representative, who even knows what Knauf Tianjin, or Taishan toxic Chinese drywall is? What is the point of these TV commercials if the customer service staff do not understand what Knauf Tianjin, and or Toxic Chinese made Taishan drywall products even are?"
  • With respect to the Chinese government owned Taishan toxic Chinese drywall the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center considers this specific type of toxic Chinese drywall to be a much bigger problem than the toxic Knauf Tianjin Chinese drywall product. The group says, "The problem with the Chinese state owned factory, or factories that produced the toxic Chinese drywall product call Taishan-the government of China will not take ownership of the disaster they have caused for tens, and tens of thousands of US homeowners, and their families. If President Obama will not step up to the plate and lead on this issue, we will. If the government of China will not stand behind its products, we say US citizens should stop buying anything made in China." http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
