MadgeTech, Inc is excited to announce that it's Meat and Food Industry Specialist, Tatianna Wawrzynski-Johnson, has been asked to present at the 2012 Annual FDA Northeast Region Food Protection Seminar, which will be held in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, August 22nd through the 25th.

Mrs. Wawrzynski-Johnson, who has been an asset at MadgeTech for over 2 years, will focus her talk on the basics of data logging, specifically in the food and meat industries. In order to more affordably and more easily assure HACCP compliance, data logger can be used in the food production process to measure, validate, and verify environmental parameters.
