New leadership programme turns Dentists into ‘Transformational Leaders’

Successful business coaching company Genuine Business have launched an innovative new leadership programme that aims to strengthen management skills within the dental sector.

Delivered through a variety of mediums such as video tutorials, podcasts, practical exercises, interactive webinars and personal interaction, the new programme provides the necessary business skills that both young entrepreneurial dentists and established clinicians tend to lack.

Dr Rosie Steere, owner of Wirral based Dental and Implant centre was one of the first people to complete the programme. “As clinicians and on a day-to-day basis we don’t have the skills in HR, input on psychology, emotional intelligence and business intelligence that is needed to run a successful business these days - maybe what you need these days is an MBA from Harvard.”

“If Genuine Business had been around from day 1 we would have been so much better prepared.”

“If I was taking over a practice now I would invite Genuine Business in right away and get a professional business strategy implemented from the off.”

Genuine Business Ltd has maintained 30 years of successful face to face business mentoring and has continued to provide clients with the opportunity to engage and interact with their insight, innovation and proven expertise through their range of digital programmes.

Angela Hassall, co-founder of Genuine Business says; “At Genuine Business we look to develop the kind of leadership that can effect lasting change centred around the ‘being’ aspects of leadership. This takes place through reflection and the unveiling of epiphanies that guide you towards really understanding your own innate possibilities - through you.”
