SAP Rapid Deployment Template simplifies SPED reporting and compliance in Brazil for SAP ERP end users

Invoiceware International released today a new set of packaged service offerings for organizations running SAP ERP and needing to comply with Brazil’s SPED, Sistema Público de Escrituração Digital, legislation.

Invoiceware International provides both business and technical consulting services to train, advise, and assist global organizations in meeting the legal requirements of Fiscal and Accounting SPED directly from within their SAP applications. By providing SPED directly from within the SAP ERP system, organizations can eliminate the third party software packages, hardware and ongoing support. SAP templates include extract functionality for PIS/COFINS, EFD FISCAL, and CONTÁBIL reporting mandates and more.

Tasks include:

  •     Configuration of the baseline SAP modules like MM, SD, and FI to produce correct results for those pricing and tax calculation elements needed as input to the reporting components
  •     SPED Report examples include:

            o     SPED PIS/COFINS
            o     EFD FISCAL SPED
            o     SPED CONTÁBIL

  •     Configuration of SAP ad hoc reporting tools in order to simplify day to day internal reports

“The increase of companies requesting SPED implementation in combination with a turn-key SAP NF-e managed service is continuing to rise, said Scott Lewin, CEO, Invoiceware International. “By packaging SAP SPED templates with our on demand Nota Fiscal service for SAP ERP, global organizations can simplify their SAP Brazil rollouts through a single source provider. More importantly, they maintain their SAP ERP system as the sole system of record rather than having accounting information spread across multiple applications, servers, and monitors.”
