We're very excited to be launching Business Travel Management today. Having extensively analysed our own client base and constantly keeping a keen eye on the business travel market, we've identified a big gap in offerings for SME businesses.

Business Travel Management (BTM) is the new small business brand launched today by Pan Australian Travel (PAT), one of Melbourne’s best travel agencies with over fifty years of expertise in the leisure and business travel management industry. Seeing a gap in the market for small and medium enterprises that the company could uniquely service, BTM was conceived to offer the buying power and technology platforms offered by much larger travel management companies whilst being able to offer the service levels of a smaller traditional “high street” travel agency.

“We're very excited to be launching Business Travel Management today. Having extensively analysed our own client base and constantly keeping a keen eye on the business travel market, we've identified a big gap in offerings for SME businesses. Realising that this is a market we service particularly well, it makes a lot of sense for us to move into this space with a dedicated offering," said Jake Hower, Managing Director and veteran travel management expert. He establishes Business Travel Management with the aim of servicing SME's via extensively trained and selected travel consultants and managers dedicated to provide personalized services for small business entrepreneurs all over Australia.

The Business Travel Management team services over 1,100 bookings per year with access to large data sets that are effectively used to help reduce the costs spent on researching with favorable savings passed on to valuable SME clients. As the newest division of PAT, the new small business brand will be providing travel management services for the specific needs of small businesses.

The BTM travel team, with extensive travel industry knowledge and experience in business travel management, works with it's clients in researching, planning, booking and altering travel arrangements to save time and reduce stress for any busy business traveller. Consultants are available during Melbourne business hours and via 24/7 emergency assistance. When circumstances change, BTM is just a phone call away. As a boutique, business-focused agency, Business Travel Management works hard to build long-term relationships and keep small and medium business entrepreneurs happy.

Also launched today is the official Business Travel Management website, http://www.flybtm.com, a dedicated portal highlighting the BTM small business brand services and SME industry news weekly updates. Jake Hower says “The investment in technology we've made combined with the commitment, professionalism and innovation of our staff really excites us. It puts us in a great position to offer a clear advantage for SME businesses looking to save costs and more importantly, save time by streamlining their travel departments. This allows our clients to focus on their core business streams."
