Rapide, the Moments of Truth Company, is delighted to announce the appointment of Jane Hood to the newly created role of Customer Experience and Best Practice Manager.

Jane’s appointment is testament to how seriously we take our customer experience

Jane’s appointment is a key indicator of Rapide’s commitment to practicing what they preach and becoming a truly customer centric organisation. Rant and Rave, Rapide’s real-time customer experience management solution is currently relied on by ½ of the FTSE 350.

As well as developing Rapide’s own internal use of Rant and Rave and ensuring the company deliver the best customer experience possible Jane’s role will also involve offering best practice advice to Rapide’s industry leading clients.

Jane has over 20 years of experience in customer service roles, with a particular focus on working with companies who like to place their Customers and Employees at the heart of everything they do. Prior to her appointment at Rapide Jane spent 13 years with the Sytner group where she supported the drive for change, challenged current practises, celebrated the companies successes and implemented the company visions and aims.
