The sold out two-day conference will join professionals from around the country that specialize in building and managing ecommerce businesses. Two members of the Exclusive Concepts Inc. team will be speaking at the event: Nik Rajpal, vice president of client services, and Dan Theirl, vice president of product development.

Rajpal will be delivering a presentation titled “Don’t Let Panda and Penguin Stop You,” which will focus on SEO practices in the wake of two key updates to the Google search algorithm. The presentation will detail how to create a long-term SEO plan that works harmoniously within Google’s newly outlined framework.

Following up on Rajpal’s SEO-focused insights, Theirl will later join an expert panel to discuss the use of analytics for conversion optimization. The panel will use real-world examples as it examines the myriad options available to companies when applying analytics to optimize conversions.

Exclusive Concepts is also one of the event sponsors. Rajpal reflected on the opportunity to speak at the conference prior to departing.

“The foci of my presentation are Panda and Penguin – two algorithmic changes that struck at the heart of ecommerce stores who are niche leaders, rather than big brands,” he said. “We hope to empower this group of businesses with the information and strategies that they’ll need to navigate these changes.”

He went on to commend the conference organizers for their role in ecommerce development.
“I believe I speak for all of Exclusive Concepts when I say that I’m a huge fan of the Yahoo! Merchant team and what they do for their customers and partners,” said Rajpal. “This conference is a celebration of that; it’s a time to create new memories and have some fantastic conversations. The entire conference is a learning experience for all of attendees – one that’s enjoyed under the California sun.”
