WNJC AM’s (1360) Eddie Esq. Show takes on another look beginning Monday August 16, at 9 a.m.: A talk show for seniors – those 45…and more experienced!

The popular talk show host in Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley said, “I’m excited about the new senior’s show. Our listeners and those calling-in will discuss the senior topics of the day, like Medicare, Obamacare, Social Security, travel and retirement destinations for seniors, health, sports and hobbies, entertainment and dancing, and anything else our seniors want to talk about.”

Eddie Gadrix, the show’s founder and host elaborated, “The media market for seniors is growing in numbers but is largely ignored by both TV and radio. “I want to do something special nobody else is doing. You can hear talk shows on sports, politics, food, and pets; just about anything else. I want to develop a show based on “talk radio, but with variety for seniors. We may even have a comedian on from time-to-time; but I assure our listeners – it will be clean comedy.”

The Eddie Esq. Show for seniors won’t be all talk. There will be entertainment as well. Eddie is a musician when he is not practicing law. He will pepper the show with music from America’s songbook: “the good stuff, like Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, Doris Day, the big bands and even the great tunes from the rock n’ roll days of the 50s and 60s. I want the show to be both educational and entertaining,” Eddie added.
