HR Professional Brings 15 Years Leadership and Corporate Human Capital Experience

Amerinet Inc., a leading national healthcare solutions organization, announces the hiring of Amy G. Fields as the company’s chief human resources officer. A business-oriented human capital executive with more than 15 years of directly-related human resources experience, Fields has particular expertise in the creation and implementation of a high-performance, goal-oriented corporate culture.

“Amy Fields comes to Amerinet with an extensive background in human resources, along with a tremendous amount of hands-on leadership experience,” said Amerinet President and CEO Todd Ebert. “We were especially impressed by her ability to build a culture of collaboration and accomplishment in her previous positions. She is extremely motivated to make a positive impact on our organization, as well as in the day-to-day lives of Amerinet employees.”

Before joining Amerinet, Fields served as the global director of Human Resources for Solutia™ Inc. of St. Louis, Mo., a $2 billion specialty chemical and materials organization where she managed all corporate headquarters and C-suite human resources functions, as well as leading the personnel operations of the entire Asia-Pacific and Latin American divisions. Highly-educated in the art and science of human resources management, Fields received a master’s in Social Work and Organizational Dynamics and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. She has also participated in post-graduate team management education from the prestigious Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass.
