FDIC Asset Purchaser, Investor, and Structured Transactions Outreach Workshops – The FDIC is responsible for efficiently and cost-effectively disposing of assets from failed banks, making them available for acquisition by depository institutions, investors and asset purchasers. The workshops will focus on how to be an FDIC Investor and/or Asset Purchaser.

Small and Minority and Women-Owned businesses such as equity managers, fixed income managers, hedge fund managers, private equity firms, real estate funds, broker dealers, other financial service investors and asset purchasers, and firms seeking to partner with Minority and Women-Owned businesses.
