We are thrilled to be able to build this facility in Mashpee. Our patients and fitness members have been very loyal over the last 25 years and deserve the best facilities to help them recover from injuries and improve their health and fitness
Mashpee, MA (PRWEB) August 09, 2012
Cape Cod Rehab has secured financing and purchased a 13,000 square foot unit in the Mashpee Industrial Park to relocate and expand their headquarters. The Mashpee Fitness Center will house Cape Cod Rehab’s Physical Therapy practice and expand the current fitness center program known as FitPlan. Expansion will include a 46 x 30 foot warm water pool designed specifically for Physical Therapy, Aquatic Rehab, conditioning and training. In addition to the pool there will be an indoor walking track, cardiovascular and weight equipment, an expanded class schedule, sports conditioning and personal training.
Cape Cod Rehab has been located in Mashpee since 1985, first at Madaket Place and in Summerfield Park since 1991. The new location is less than ¼ mile from the present location and is expected to be completed by January 2013. In 2007 Cape Cod Rehab built a similar facility in Hyannis. The warm water pool has been very popular with physical therapy patients and fitness members. The new pool will be 1.5 times larger and be able to accommodate lap swimmers, increase ability for group classes and for other community programs.
Joseph Carroll, co-owner with his wife Kathryn, says, “We are thrilled to be able to build this facility in Mashpee. Our patients and fitness members have been very loyal to our business over the last 25 years and deserve the best facilities to help them recover from injuries and improve their health and fitness.”
