A quick shampoo and a blow-dry is the perfect pick-me-up for busy moms dragging kids to soccer practice.
Woodbury, MN (PRWEB) August 06, 2012
The Minnesota School of Cosmetology (MSC) has opened a blow-dry bar where customers can walk in for a shampoo and blow-dry for only $15.00. The new service is available at both MSC campus locations in Plymouth and Woodbury, Minn.
Blow-dry bars began on the West and East coasts and are taking root in the Twin Cities. Customers can typically show up without an appointment, receive a shampoo and blow-dry and be on their way. At MSC, prices have been set far below other choices. The school charges $15 for any one of four different looks. Services are performed by students in the cosmetology program under the direct supervision of licensed instructors.
“We’re excited to offer this new service to women in our area,” said Woodbury school director Jill Hocking. “A quick shampoo and a blow-dry is the perfect pick-me-up for busy moms dragging kids to soccer practice!”
Both school locations began offering the service August 1. Customers can call Woodbury (651-287-2180) or Plymouth (763-404-4800) for more information or to make an appointment. Visit msccollege.edu.
