The 2012 Lehman Reports Technology Study examines the use of and satisfaction with third-party applications and services and is based on more than 350 responses in a survey of associations with annual budgets of $1 million or greater. Associations were asked to rate their email providers based on two dimensions; satisfaction with the product and satisfaction with professional services that help clients gain maximum value from the service.
