St. James Municipal Utilities (STJMU) was started in 1947 and is a city owned service. The Municipal Utilities is operated under the direction of the St. James Municipal Utilities Board.
The new system features Survalent’s highly available, open-architecture system based on Windows Server. It includes several of Survalent's open system applications, including: Worldview, Command Sequencing, Event Data Recorder, SCADA Add-In, IED Wizard, Control Panel, Master/Slave Alarm Suppression, System Configuration Status, Operations and Outages Accounting, Short Term Load Forecasting and Remote Alarm Annunciation.
