QuickShip Program Improves, Customers Respond

Recently, Datum took a hard look at it's QuickShip Program, evaluated the current offering, and made some improvements to better serve it's customers.

Datum's QuickShip Program has been running smoothly for several years, offering customers the ability to order popular products and get them in record time.

However recently, Datum noticed that customers weren't taking advantage of the QuickShip program as they previously had. This prompted the company to take another look at the program and refine it to better suit the needs of the customers.

After research was completed, trends were re-evaluated, and order history was reviewed, Datum made some much needed improvements to the QuickShip program. These changes directed the program towards what customers were most interested in, improving the product offering and selections available.

"Our customers have needs and we're here to meet them." Tom Potter, president of Datum quoted, "Our QuickShip program was working, but we saw an opportunity to improve it, and we took it."
