It’s important that the Chamber is supported by its members when it has family-friendly activities such as this. It gets other like-minded businesses desiring to participate, as well.
Palm Harbor, Fla., (PRWEB) August 08, 2012
Palm Harbor-based Nationwide Title Clearing, Inc. (NTC), known as one of the country’s top service providers for the mortgage and financial industry for over 20 years, is taking a swing at raising money for the Greater Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce by sponsoring and participating in its annual Golf Tournament at Cypress Run Country Club on August 25.
Janice Rush, community relations director for NTC and member of the committee that is organizing the event, stated, “As an avid golfer and Chamber member, I saw this as a perfect opportunity for NTC to be a driving force in assisting the Chamber to succeed in its mission to reach more Greater Palm Harbor businesses. NTC is committed to helping further stimulate the local economy.”
Founded in 1991, privately-owned Nationwide Title Clearing, Inc., has been a role model performing research services and processing documents for the residential mortgage servicing industry. It is known as the leader for best practices in the post-closing mortgage industry, and an advocate for best practices and legislation standardizing the industry and helping homeowners. Part of those best practices includes hiring independent auditors to certify those practices, thus further enhancing NTC’s reputation.
According to NTC’s CEO, John Hillman, “NTC not only helps homeowners and people involved in the mortgage industry, but the Greater Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce as well. It is important to be active in helping to expand the regional businesses and economy. It’s one thing to belong to a Chamber, but in order to strengthen it, make changes, help other members and learn from each other, one must get involved.”
Nationwide Title Clearing is very active with charitable events, recently participating in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, conducting food drives for F.E.A.S.T Food Pantry, and coordinating blood drives.
“I enjoy promoting the sport of golf to get more women business owners and executives active with the Chamber,” said Rush. “It’s important that the Chamber is supported by its members when it has family-friendly activities such as this. It gets other like-minded businesses desiring to participate, as well.”
The Chamber’s Golf Tournament will be held August 25, 2012, at Cypress Run Golf Club House, 2669 St. Andrews Boulevard, Tarpon Springs, Florida. There will be a Shotgun Start at 2:00 PM.
