We have all witnessed a tragedy, but now it is time for healing and prayer, so that we may never see a tragedy like this again.

The tragic shooting at the Gurdwara in Oak Creek, Wisconsin on August 5th, 2012 left the Sikh community across the world grieving.

President Obama has ordered United States political offices at home and across the world to fly the U.S. flag at half-staff as a commemorative action for the lives lost in the Wisconsin incident. Meanwhile, local communities are holding Vigils as to progress the healing process. The following Interfaith Vigil will be held in Mineola, NY:
