The President of the IOC, Jacques Rogge, has visited Sochi.Park in London - the site showcasing the next Olympic and Paralympic Games, which will be hosted by the Russian Black Sea resort of Sochi in less than 18 months. Sochi.Park pavilions are open throughout the Olympic Games in London, and contain interactive exhibits and attractions dedicated to the 2014 Games. There is also an ice rink, and visitors are treated to fantastic ice skating performances each evening, featuring 6 Olympic champions and 18 world champions, including such famous Russian stars as Tatiana Navka and Roman Kostomarov, Aleksey Yagudin, Ilya Averbukh, Tatiana Totmyanina and Maksim Marinin. Over 5000 visitors have visited the site each day to experience the next Olympic and Paralympic Games in Sochi.
Dmitry Chernyshenko - President of the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee - and Sochi 2014 volunteers gave Jacques Rogge an exclusive tour of the venue, including a virtual trip to Sochi and to the snowy peaks of Krasnya Ployana in an interactive 4-D lift. Mr. Rogge expressed his delight at the high level of innovation on sight at Sochi.Park, and said that it conveyed the atmosphere of the Sochi Games in the best possible way.

Russia.Sochi.Park consists of Russia.Park and Sochi.Park - two parks that are open to visitors throughout the Olympic Games in London. Sochi.Park contains exhibitions about Russian culture, sport and innovations, brought together under the general concept of "A Journey to Sochi", and featuring several themed areas.
