Tampa-based telecom company sees opportunity to create a one-stop-shop for business solutions by launching a new web solutions division. To kick off the new business unit, the company is giving away five free service vouchers worth $500 and is looking to shake up the industry with a unique approach to presenting solutions with pricing for businesses of any size.

By implementing the same business principles that helped us become a leader in the telecom industry, CSN is able to over-deliver and provide a level of service that companies aren’t used to getting when building an online presence

After nearly six years of success and steady growth as a telecom solutions provider, ClearSignal Networks proudly announced the launch of a new business unit, dubbed CSN Web Solutions, here today. Seeing a tremendous opportunity and a natural addition to the company’s current offerings, CSN President and 30-year telecom industry veteran Bob Henry is confident that the new division will not only continue their overall business growth, but will provide even greater value by being a “one stop shop” for business solutions to its customer base of over 6,000 businesses nationwide.

Led by Executive Director Jeff Henry, CSN Web Solutions offers a suite of website services and online marketing solutions such as website design, e-Commerce development, search engine optimization, e-mail marketing and other programs aimed at businesses wishing to build or grow a successful online presence. With a background consisting of over 15 years’ experience in application development and new technologies deployment, Mr. Henry is optimistic that he and his newly recruited team of web and marketing professionals will make a splash in the competitive world of website design and online marketing solutions.

“By implementing the same business principles that helped us become a leader in the telecom industry, CSN is able to over-deliver and provide a level of service that companies aren’t used to getting when building an online presence. Whether it is designing a new website, re-building an outdated site with new technology, or implementing an online marketing campaign, we have the experience, resources and a brand of customer service that leaves no doubt in our customers’ minds that they are working with the right solutions provider,” said Jeff Henry in a prepared statement.

To make their business model and offerings stand out in a crowded industry, CSN is taking a different approach when presenting solutions to prospective clients, beginning by offering a free consultative analysis to all interested companies needing assistance. Once the analysis is completed, a proposal will be generated based on the prospective client’s current budget and what level of service they might need in the future, not a “take it or leave it” pricing schedule that many companies are used to – one that only suits the solutions provider and is not flexible. Mr. Henry and CSN officials believe this type of business model – one that works for the client now and as they grow - is what businesses need during this time of economic hardship.

To kick off the new division and as a way to invite companies to experience CSN’s new service offerings first-hand, a contest is being held whereby five companies will be randomly chosen from a drawing to receive a free service voucher worth $500. Companies that wish to enter the contest simply need to fill out a brief questionnaire on CSN’s website by August 15th stating why they believe they are deserving of the service voucher and how it would be used.
