CareOne – A Senior Care Company today announced the appointment of Karen Davidson as Senior Vice President of Clinical and Quality Services. In this senior management role, Ms. Davidson will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of clinical operations for CareOne's senior living and related health care businesses.

Ms. Davidson has over 20 year’s experience of clinical services experience in the senior living and health care industry. In the Senior Vice President of Clinical and Quality role at CareOne, she will be overseeing clinical programming, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, clinical information technology integration and programs aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.

Since July 2003, Ms. Davidson has worked for HCR Manorcare, a national provider of senior living services, where she held clinical leadership positions. Most recently, she served as the company’s Assistant Vice President of Quality Regulatory Compliance managing a team of 140 clinicians in 32 states responsible for the implementation and over sight of companywide clinical programs and guidelines. Ms. Davidson will also serve as CareOne’s liaison to state and federal agencies for national quality improvement initiatives impacting the senior living industry.
