Swedish designer brand LELO, the world’s leading innovator of the finest intimate lifestyle products, is proud to announce the issuance of U.S. design patent number D665094 for its critically-acclaimed Tiani™ 2 “Couples’ Massager.”
Effective immediately, the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s design patent covers the visual appearance of the Tiani™ product. The patent prohibits the production, copying and importation of all products with a similar design, without the express consent, permission or license from LELO.
The USPTO’s patent approval only cements the international prestige of Tiani’s™ award-winning design and the originality of the product. Already a Red Dot Design Award 2012 winner, Tiani™ is undoubtedly the most advanced couples’ massager ever created. Worn by women when making love, Tiani™ features SenseMotion™ technology, and is the first remote-controlled couple’s massager to respond to motion-sensors, where vibrations are created through movements of the remote.
On being issued the USPTO patent, Donna Faro, US Sales & Marketing Director said: “The issuance of the latest patent for the Tiani™ Couples’ Massager further cements our position as a genuine innovator in our field, confirming the originality of the design and the core achievement that is SenseMotion™ technology. The phenomenal success of the Tiani™ couples’ massager worldwide continues to grow, and securing this patent further guarantees its future.”
