# Math Scholar Presents His Discovery on Prime Number Classification

## An expository research on prime numbers based on pattern methodology and classification techniques

In The Theory of Prime Number Classification, author Zwide Mbulawa exposes his mathematical research on prime numbers based on pattern methodology and classification techniques. This book will enlighten mathematics students, professors, researchers, scholars, and other interested readers.

As a comprehensive research into the classification systems for prime numbers, this volume addresses why prime numbers are regular yet random, what the building blocks of prime numbers are, what the framework for prime numbers generation is, and more. Further, it explains various classification systems such as the Prime Root Classification System, the Positional Classification System, the Delta Classification of Primes, and others. The classification is then put in a context of a unified framework through the Universal Number Distribution Theorem (UNDT) where this is developed as a systematic tool for integer factorization of any number using precise algorithms.

In addition, the author explains that using a classification system leads to the development of an algebraic sieve for finding prime numbers. This sieve contains all the relevant information about prime numbers, including how gaps widen, and prime number patterns form. The sieve methodology is used to develop a new primality testing technique using a simple and fast decision criterion.

The Theory of Prime Number Classification also shares personal experiences and thoughts with regards to the research, and the development of expository mathematics. A program for prime number and integer classification is also available at http://www.zwideprimes.com.

The author will also be sharing more insights about his book in a live radio interview.
