A Nevada based repossession, process server and private investigation agency now licensed in Arizona.

Zane Investigations, Inc., a Nevada based repossession, private investigation and process service company announced that it has achieved licensing in the State of Arizona for its Private Investigations division.

Zane Investigations first made national repossession news with the innovative rollout of "No Mileage Nevada" in May 2011.

"Undertaking the licensing process in Arizona, a border state with Nevada and California, is a natural progression of our expansion to serve the needs of our clients" said Justin Zane, Vice President of Zane Investigations. “We have complied with all requirements of the Department of Public Safety and received agency license number 1627691". “We are in a very litigious society and we need to make sure we are operating at the height of propriety and legitimacy to protect our clients interests.
From a liability perspective, a client can no longer afford to issue assignments to an agency that is unlicensed in any way whatsoever. The liability is just too high, especially given new federal and state oversight of many activities.” Zane said. “You have got to be legal”.

Zane Investigations is licensed in Nevada, California, Oregon and Arizona.

Zane Investigations is an affiliate or member of Digital Recognition Network, Recovery Database Network, American Recovery Association, National Association of Professional Process Servers, California Association of Licensed Repossessors, California Association of Legal Support Professionals, California Association of Licensed Investigators as well as FBI National Academy Associates. Agents are nationally certified.
