The commander of the 934th Airlift Wing will host the annual Civic Leader Day, Sept. 12 from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The tour is held every September and is open to any civic leader in the local community who wants to know more about the 934th Airlift Wing and its mission. Civic leaders (those who are active in their community through either civic, volunteer, college, charity, faith or other community activities) receive a mission brief, a light breakfast and a two hour flight aboard a C-130 Hercules aircraft. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
To attend this year’s event, civic leaders should email their name and a brief description on how they are active in their community to 934aw(dot)pa(at)us(dot)af(dot)mil no later than Sept. 1.
