Walleye Technologies has been selected to present its millimeter wave camera technology at the NAVAIR Defense Security Conference on Aug 14, 2012 at China Lake, California.
David Holbrook, Chief Technology Officer, will present Walleye’s next generation portable millimeter wave technology and its applications in homeland and military security. “We are honored to have been invited to the NAVAIR DOD conference to present our millimeter wave camera technology to a prestigious group of military leaders who represent a broad array of defense related programs. This conference represents an opportunity to introduce the camera technology to potential customers prior to the product launch this fall”, says Dave Holbrook.
The patented millimeter wave camera is a breakthrough product that will have a significant effect on how those in the homeland security market perform inspection of suspicious packages and objects. Unlike the current millimeter wave portals now employed at airports the Walleye camera will be portable at approximately 4 lbs. and will give security and military personnel added flexibility.
The key to the technology is a unique confocal optics design that is able to deliver a significant price/ performance standard to the customer. Additional Technical information can be downloaded at walleyetechnologies.com.
