Professor John Morse is summoned to France after a surprising discovery—the lost quatrains of Nostradamus have surfaced. Morse brings his two teenage children along for what turns out to be a thrilling adventure. The three of them engage in a cross-country treasure hunt for the missing prophecies. They are stunned to learn that the quatrains predicted previous historical events and warn of approaching terrorist activity. As they race to save the world from nuclear warfare, the larger question of “Will anyone believe them?” looms overhead.
This is the premise of the published historical fiction novel by John Medler. The book has been out for a little over a year and is Medler’s first fiction novel. The story revolves around the lost texts of French apothecary and mystic Michel de Nostredame. Nostredame’s first work titled Les Propheties appeared in 1555 and is credited by some for predicting future events. Medler’s Quatrain is available to readers both as an eBook and in paperback. John Medler has also written Mommy Mole a children’s book about international adoption and Breach of Duty, a legal fiction novel.
