We're just so thrilled to be able to provide this opportunity to these dedicated, driven women. We are helping to empower them with the opportunity to enter into a new career.

Warschaw Learning Institute announces the Dental Management Scholarship Program first year students from Women's Empowerment are in the final stages of completing their course of study. The ADA CERP provider has provided this educational opportunity to these outstanding women whom have proven to be exceptional students, eager to start their new career in the dental field.

The scholarship program was a dream of WLI's director, Cathy Warschaw, for many years. "We're just so thrilled to be able to provide this opportunity to these dedicated, driven women" Cathy says, "We are helping to empower them with the opportunity to enter into a new career by passing on the knowledge that WLI has been able to provide to dental professionals for the last several years." Cathy's dedication to providing this scholarship to a non-profit organization has paid off thanks to the hard work of she and her Director of Education, Michelle Parish. The two women have spent endless hours putting the program into implementation and are thrilled to see how well the students are doing.

Henry Schein has become involved, by providing their Dentrix office management software for use in the educational program. Schein's program is one of the leading dental office management programs used by dental professionals. The Sacramento Dental Society has also assisted WLI by aiding the program with externship opportunities for the students to implement their new skills.

Student's in the program study Dental Practice Management, HIPAA regulations, Communications and Dental Insurance Training, receiving a certificate after each course has been completed. When the students complete their dental management courses, they progress to an externship program in a private dental office. The program also maintains contact with the students to monitor their success in achieving career goals, assisting them when necessary. WLI's goal is for students to leave their program as educated professionals that are ready to start their new career.

Since WLI has announced the start of their dental management scholarship program they have received many requests from prospective students hoping to be a part of their courses. WLI hopes to expand their scholarship opportunity to many others nationwide.
