Each year, the Denver Business Journal honors the most influential businesswomen of Denver, recognizing women in eleven industry categories who exemplify leadership and community service.
Resnik was nominated for the Award based on her caring, personal, and client-centered approach to executive coaching and leadership development, known as the Resnik Experience. The Resnik Experience came out of her, 25 years of professional leadership, including her role as founder of the leadership develop practice at Resnik Partners 16 years ago. Her commitment to the community also makes her a prime candidate for the award. She serves on the board for Rocky Mountain HR People & Strategy (RMHRPS) and as Vice-Chair for the Dress for Success Denver Board of Directors. .
