“House of Brides is here to help brides and their parties during this already stressful time. We can offer solutions and options to customers to ensure their peace of mind,” stated Eva Buziecki, President of House of Brides.

Sisters Bridal Boutique located in Valparaiso, Indiana abruptly closed its doors late July leaving brides and wedding parties without their orders and without their money. News of the closing broke after complaints of customers finding the doors locked and the store seemingly vacated. Phone calls and emails were left with unanswered. Attempts to locate or communicate with owner, Terry Berntsen, have been unsuccessful, according to a Chicago Sun Times August 9th article. Customers are desperate for answers, many of who have orders waiting to ship from designers for upcoming weddings. Many customers are out hundreds of dollars due to the unexpected closing.

House of Brides has joined other local retailers in offering assistance to the customers. The retailer is reaching out to customers to contact their salons or website; they’re ready to work with their designers to offer immediate delivery of in-stock dresses for brides and entire wedding parties.
