We (IT Professionals) can only read so many forum posts, white papers, tweets, technical documents and wikis before we find ourselves disconnected
Menlo Park, CA (PRWEB) August 14, 2012
It’s official! Baynetwork has set a date and opened up RSVP to the public for their end-of-summer Open-House & BBQ. On August 24, 2012, in tandem with Baynetwork’s sponsorship of their inaugural sponsored Meetup event, Bare Metal Savvy “Get the ball rolling!” Baynetwork will deliver an opportunity for IT professionals located in the Silicon Valley to meet one another face-to-face at the Baynetwork, Inc. Menlo Park Headquarters.
Baynetwork, Inc.’s intentional interfacing of local IT talent, Silicon Valley clients and tech savvy neighbors will help garner better long term relationships for all IT professionals throughout the area. While a BBQ lunch will be provided and an open dialogue will be carried about future Meetups, the event is also a celebration of Baynetwork’s Sponsorship of Meetup Group Bare Metal Savvy where a long term commitment has been made by Baynetwork to create ongoing opportunities for the IT professionals of the Silicon Valley to connect on a regular basis.
Re-Selling and delivering new, refurbished and used routers, switches, servers and general IT network hardware and providing superior managed IT services for rapid deployment to companies around the world is what Baynetwork is known for, but the new sponsorship of Meetup Bare Metal Savvy displays Baynetwork’s commitment to building long-term relationships with all levels of professionals in the IT industry. “We (IT Professionals) can only read so many forum posts, white papers, tweets, technical documents and wikis before we find ourselves disconnected. The Baynetwork Team came up with the idea of sponsoring a Meetup where IT professionals of all levels can meet and have some fun.” The Meetup ideas / event proposed thus far include, data-destruction day where a mobile drive crusher will be brought on-site for certified data annihilation, Green IT Olympics (mouse tossing, monitor chunking, gibberish WPM) where all devices used will go to an e-recycler and guest speakers from companies of all sizes and verticals.
The BBQ and Open-House is open to the public, but Baynework, Inc. asks that you RSVP via the Meetup Group Bare Metal Savvy page and confirm your attendance to the event.
