Adam Reese, Vice President Business Development:
We are proud to announce Adam’s promotion to Vice President of Business Development. Now in his fifth year at HPS, Adam has partnered with over 300 providers nationally to identify additional reimbursement opportunities related to Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid issues. A Healthcare Financial Management Association speaker, Adam provides insight, benchmarking, and analysis to healthcare providers looking for ways to increase their cash flow and efficiency, and also shares trends and issues that he sees nationally and locally that various healthcare providers are dealing with. Adam resides in Spokane, WA.
Krystal Boluyt, Manager, Product & Development:
We are excited to announce Krystal’s promotion to Manager, Product & Development. Krystal brought with her a breadth of analytical and Medicare reimbursement experience upon joining HPS last year. She has been instrumental in the product development of the powerful Stingray™ software. Her vision for the framework, design planning and testing of Stingray™ have enabled HPS to bring this revolutionary software to market effectively and efficiently. Her background in developing new service lines and standardized project automations for the use of data analytics was a great asset during the development of Stingray™.
Christopher Ellsberry, Director of Information Services:
Chris brings 10 plus years of Medicare Reimbursement IT solutions experience to HPS. His passion to increasing efficiency and streamline business processes resulted in reimbursement recoveries in excess of $175 million for hospitals he served while with Southwest Consulting Associates (SCA). Mr. Ellsberry brings his deep knowledge of Medicare laws and procedures with him to HPS to best capture Medicare Reimbursement for our clients.
Lisa Mathews, Director Client Services:
Lisa has more than 19 years of healthcare experience and has been instrumental in providing revenue cycle management solutions for hospitals nationwide. With a background in Product Management and Marketing, most recently with Adreima, a healthcare RCM company, Ms. Mathews has experience developing program strategies and executing deliverables designed to enhance overall product effectiveness in the marketplace. She has proven the ability to implement innovative marketing strategies to maximize business opportunities and increase brand awareness and we are excited she has joined HPS. Lisa resides in Jacksonville, Florida, is an active HFMA member and serves on several committees for the Florida Chapter and is on the AAHAM Board for Georgia.
Jamie Hill, Director Client Services:
Jamie has over 13 years of client management, business development, implementation and hospital committee knowledge. She began her career in healthcare with The Broadlane Group (acquired by MedAssets in 2010), a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO). She partners with healthcare providers to improve their financial strength by implementing spending management and revenue cycle solutions that help control cost, improve margins and cash flow, and optimize operational efficiency. Jamie has managed relationships with large systems and regional hospitals, always helping improve patient standards. She is also a member of HFMA.
Amber Graham, Marketing Manager:
Amber has over 14 years of product design and marketing experience. During her tenures with JCPenney, Mary Kay Cosmetics and Home Fragrance Holdings, Inc., she launched and marketed products in many categories and distribution channels. Amber brings a wealth of experience in new product development, timeline maintenance, product pricing, packaging design, merchandising presentation and promotional planning to HPS. Along with her proven product marketing background, Ms. Graham has excelled in graphic and multi-media design positions with large and small organizations, communicating their vision in newspaper and magazine print, printed promotional marketing and digital media.
