Wilmington, NC (PRWEB) August 14, 2012

The Royal Council of Real Fairyland announced today that Creative Child Magazine has honored the Real Tooth Fairies with their 2012 Media of the Year Award in the Interactive Fantasy Book Series category. The honor is just the latest in a series of awards for the Tooth Fairy website for girls ages 5-10 that focuses on character-building through positive role models, the 20 Lost Tooth Virtues, and Every Kindness Counts. The Tooth Fairy website can be found at http://www.therealtoothfairies.com/home.

"It's an honor to be recognized by Creative Child Magazine, a publication known for its focus on raising well-balanced children who develop their imaginations and social skills as they learn," said Marilyn Bollinger, President of The Real Tooth Fairies, LLC. "We're thrilled to receive these awards, because we pride ourselves in being a fun, safe place where girls do fun, creative play as they develop literacy, math skills and positive values."

The book series introduces girls to all the Real Tooth Fairies and the magical adventures found in Real Fairyland. Each fairy’s book tells how she showed courage and kindness, proving she has the heart of a Real Tooth Fairy - a heart with wings. “These books inspire girls to believe in their dreams and to spread kindness in their world,” says Bollinger, the author of 30 Disney books. “Fairies, like Earthies, face challenges like being the new kid in school, feeling left out by friends, coping with bullying, and dealing with family struggles. Like loving big sisters, the Real Tooth Fairies share adventure, friendship, and wisdom with their Earthie girls.

“Girls just love our book series,” says Bollinger, “Parents tell us they are their daughters’ favorite books. So we also wanted to go to the next step of an ebook that’s full of interactive adventures and surprises. We’ll soon have Tooth Fairy games available on iTunes as well.”

The first book, “Magical World of the Real Tooth Fairies,” reveals the Tooth Fairy world to Earthies just like the printed book, but girls now hear the Real Tooth Fairies’ voices, listen to music, fly with the Real Tooth Fairies and Explore Magic Street, the Jewel Garden, Surprises Central and more! The ebook is available for purchase and download at http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/magical-world-real-tooth-fairies/id519054378?mt=8.

The Creative Child Magazine award is just the latest in a long line of awards for the Royal Council of the Real Fairyland, LLC. The company has also won Top Ten Toys of 2011, Product of the Year in 2011, Best Vacation Products for the Online Kindness Program & Kindness Kits, Top Ten Award of Excellence and Best Picks of New Children's Products. In fact, the award is the 15th award in the last 18 months for the Real Tooth Fairies online world, the Tooth Fairy Book Series and the Kindness Kits, all of which can be found at https://shop.therealtoothfairies.com.

"The awards are a wonderful honor," says Bollinger, "But the important thing is that when girls come to our site, or read our books, or receive Tooth Fairy letters, they're using their imagination, learning positive values and becoming empowered to change their world as they spread kindness.”
