LeadingResponse, LLC today announced the acquisition of Dallas, TX-based IM Solutions, LLC (“IMS”).

Huron Capital Partners, Madison Capital and Midwest Mezzanine provided financing for the IM Solutions transaction. Honigman Miller Schwartz & Cohn served as legal counsel to LeadingResponse.
