Industry Veteran Philip Mooney to Join Senior Management Team

In this role, Philip will be responsible for driving company growth and will focus on building a strong national organization, while addressing local client needs. Philip will also focus on building out D4’s sales team throughout the U.S.

Philip has over 20 years of sales, sales management, and international experience within the business process outsourcing sector. For the past six years he has held the senior management position of regional sales manager for the Paychex Insurance Agency, one of the fastest growing agencies in the country and ranked among the 20 largest. Prior to that he led the Paychex Inc sales expansion into the German marketplace where he held the position of country sales manager. His past experience with Paychex includes sales representative, field sales manager, and district sales manager positions in numerous locations throughout the US. Philip has in depth experience in the implementation, expansion, and continued accountability of sales forces with national scope. He has led localized, national and international sales teams for sustained periods of time.
