Beautylish Opens New Sales Channel for Beauty Brands with Launch of e-Commerce Offering

Social commerce leader helps brands reach millions of 18 – 34 year old women seeking to purchase beauty products online

Beautylish today announced that it is launching e-commerce with Boutiques on Beautylish, a social commerce site that brings together a thriving beauty community, editorial content and e-commerce in one place. Boutiques will allow registered members on Beautylish to purchase products and limited exclusives from some of the most popular brands in the community such as Sugarpill Cosmetics and hard to find or unique items like brush collections from celebrity makeup artist Billy B.

Every few weeks Beautylish will be introducing a new brand Boutique on the site featuring some of the most popular brands in the community. The inaugural Boutique launching today is Sugarpill Cosmetics which is one of the top ten most popular brands on the site and will offer eyelashes, makeup palettes and a limited edition eyeshadow. Each boutique will include a limited exclusive item that will be available while supplies last in addition to an assortment of products that will be stocked on a regular basis. Over time, Beautylish will help members to recreate their favorite looks by enabling purchase when products are used in photos, videos and editorial content.

Additionally, the e-commerce offering gives brands the ability to directly reach a large and untapped community of beauty enthusiasts. Through Beautylish’s wide reach and high user engagement focused on all aspects of beauty products and application, the Company has built a huge demand for purchasing a variety of beauty products.
