Sea to Ski Vacations, a members’ only travel club offering world-class vacations and cruises around the world, recently announced a new program for members who may have a complaint. Sea to Ski has quickly become a leader in the travel club industry and is adding new members daily and this complaint program is needed, said a company spokesperson. The program is designed to make sure any and all complaints are solved quickly.

“At Sea to Ski Vacations, our vision has always been simple. We are committed to bringing the travel industry's highest rated resorts to our travel club members at wholesale prices. We also know from time to time a member or potential member may have a complaint. We do not want these concerns to fall through the cracks so a decision was made to offer a direct e-mail for members or potential members to send their complaint to. This e-mail, customercare@seatoskivacations.com, is monitored seven days a week and once the complaint is evaluated it is sent to the person who needs to handle it. Unlike other vacation clubs, we decided early on if we received a complaint from a customer or potential customer our staff would research the problem and develop procedures to be sure it didn’t happen again, We think this new e-mail is just an extension of that commitment,” said Sea to Ski Vacations spokesperson Stephen Andrews.

Sea to Ski Vacations, a leader in the vacation club industry and a BBB A-rated business, does more than provide world-class travel to its members. The company also supports the Wounded Warrior Project and will send a military family on a vacation of a lifetime this fall. The company contributes to several charities and organizations via corporate donations and fundraisers. Currently, Sea to Ski supports the Wounded Warrior Project, the Children’s Miracle Network and Easter Seals. A portion of every new member’s initial transaction is donated to one of the three groups the company supports. New members choose where they want the portion of their proceeds to go.

Sea to Ski Vacations’ members benefit from more than world-class travel at deeply discounted pricing. Members can take part in a cash back travel rebate program, a 110 percent price-match guarantee, Buyers Club and personalized concierge service at no charge, an industry first.
“Right now we are excited about several new programs and affiliations we have added, this new complaint program we are launching, and or ongoing corporate philanthropy initiative. We are looking forward to a future of giving back to people who need our help and working to provide our members world class service,” said Andrews.
