Social media continues to be a growing method for video distribution and sharing of content...Cinsay is positioned to be there at the forefront of that ever-increasing activity

Cinsay, a leader in social video commerce technology, has added the ability for users to sign-up for a new Cinsay Smart Store™ merchant account via their existing Facebook profiles. This new feature is in addition to the other current capabilities with Facebook. Currently, Cinsay users can also embed and share Smart Store™ videos with followers as well as permanently post a Smart Store™ link to any Facebook fan page tab using the Woobox application.

Social Media + Video

Social media continues to be a growing method for video distribution and sharing of content. Cinsay has designed the Smart Store™ application to be placed and viewed in a variety of social media sites, mobile devices and distributed through email. The same principle of a video ‘going viral’ also applies to Cinsay’s technology and enables the Smart Store™ video to take along the patented capabilities such as: ecommerce, donation, lead generation and link outs, wherever the video is shared. As many Facebook and other social media apps are on the decline**, video continues to be a useful and successful outlet for users. “People on the web spend 27%* of their ‘social media time’ uploading, watching and sharing videos. Cinsay is positioned to be there at the forefront of that ever-increasing activity and we’re providing efficient ways for users to monetize their content like never before”, said Christian Briggs, Founder and CEO of Cinsay.

More Features, More Users

Cinsay has added several key features to its Smart Store™ technology over the last few months, which has translated into hundreds of new users signing up for a Smart Store™ account. Besides the various Facebook applications, users can now incorporate YouTube videos directly into their Smart Store™ playlists. PayPal has been another important merchant tool providing shoppers with more payment options. And in July, Cinsay closed the loop on mobile commerce with the free iPhone application and Smartphone video player. The iPhone app enables merchants to shoot video and upload it to their CMS (Content Management System) where mobile viewers with a Smartphone can enjoy video on the go and shop, make donations or enter their contact information. Lastly, the release of Cinsay’s in-depth analytics dashboard provides merchants a detailed view of their Smart Store™ performance and user behavior in order to optimize their content and ecommerce products. “Besides being the only company on the market to seamlessly incorporate video with ecommerce, donations and lead generation, our newest feature-sets place Cinsay at the front of the line for any video commerce solution”, added Briggs.

About Smart Container™ Technology Conversion Rates

While many of Cinsay’s clients experience higher conversion rates, Cinsay and the technology itself does not guarantee the same results for all users. The success of ecommerce and ‘take action’ conversions are influenced by many factors including: incentives, price, product, service, brand, audience, value, design and presentation of the promotion as well as outside market conditions and events.
