Lovestruck’s Managing Director and Co-founder, Brett Harding, said: “We are delighted that Lovestruck.com’s innovation, execution, commercial performance and meteoric growth in the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney – despite the immense marketing power and technical resource of the entrenched competition – has been recognised by the judges. Being shortlisted alongside such revered British businesses is the perfect manifestation of Lovestruck’s progress.”
Baroness Bottomley of Nettlestone, Chair of Judges of the awards, said: “Finalists demonstrate how companies are succeeding in the current climate through innovation, originality and tenacity. It’s good to see a broad range of companies both in sector and size.”
London dating service Lovestruck and the other 149 finalists, which include Marks and Spencer, Experian, Legal & General and Groupon will now prepare to present to an independent, expert judging panel in London’s iconic Gherkin building.
Winners will be honoured at the National Business Awards gala dinner at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel, Tuesday 13th November.
