We often find that these products add even more value to Microsoft Dynamics CRM than we envisioned

PowerObjects, a world leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM (customer relationship management) solution provider, is continuously adding value to Microsoft Dynamics CRM by offering service, support, education and add-ons to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM community. The add-ons that PowerObjects has created, named the “PowerPack” add-ons, were designed to enhance the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM by providing even greater functionality and efficiency. Developed based on the needs and feedback from their customers, the PowerPack tools are not just simple customizations for sales force and marketing automation, but offer great features that help users get the most out of their Microsoft Dynamics CRM investment.
PowerObjects has just released two new Microsoft Dynamics CRM add-ons: PowerEmail and PowerAutoNumber. With the release of these two new add-ons, PowerObjects now offers twelve different extremely valuable add-ons for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. “It’s exciting to see how different organizations utilize our add-ons. We often find that these products add even more value to Microsoft Dynamics CRM than we envisioned,” says Jeff Wedren, PowerObjects Director of Marketing.
The first new CRM add-on, PowerEmail, allows Dynamics CRM users to track both opens and clicks of emails sent from CRM, giving CRM users the power to see if customers received the emails, and whether or not they clicked on the links inside of those emails. For example, if a sales associate wants to see if a customer opened the email they sent them, or clicked on the links within that email, the sales associate now has that power.
The second new add-on, PowerAutoNumber, gives users the power to automatically insert sequential numbers, random letters, dates, times, CRM field values, or a combination of these into any field in CRM. The sequential numbers that are inserted are guaranteed to be unique, even when importing a large number of records into CRM. Users can also easily update pre-existing CRM records with auto numbers, so that existing records and new records are kept uniform. Users can concatenate two CRM fields and put them into another field on a record. For example, using PowerAutoNumber, create an account number with five random numbers followed by the name of the account. The PowerAutoNumber possibilities are endless.
Any Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 user can try these add-ons for free for 30 days, and the subscription investment is a low $1/CRM user/month. To find out more about these and other powerful PowerPack add-ons, visit the PowerPack web page.
