Website will provide fast, cost-effective and extensive resource for Greek organization special event planning.

T.E.A.M, the company dedicated to travel, entertainment and marketing for sororities and fraternities throughout the United States, will launch the nation’s first automated booking engine at http://www.teamexp.com/formals/.

The new resource will be a time-saver for students planning Greek formals, banquets, spring break trips and other special events. They will be able to search hotels and banquet facilities, read reviews, view pictures of venues, book hotel and banquet rooms, determine food choices, book DJs and photographers, coordinate transportation, and more. “By enhancing the site with the online booking engine, chapter event planners will plan unforgettable events in locations throughout the United States with a series of clicks,” says founder and chief executive officer Mike Olivas. “They will make arrangements for everything on a single site and only in minutes. With our new technology, it will not be easier to plan sorority and fraternity events.”

Prior to the online booking engine launch, students can still make event reservations. Greek planners can qualify for a free photographer when booking their event with T.E.A.M. by submitting an interest form by August 31, 2012, located at http://teamexp.com/formals/. Students will be assisted with their event planning and notified when the online booking engine is live.

Students will benefit by using T.E.A.M. because Olivas brings his years of marketing and event planning experience as well as his strong fraternity ties. “I built from my professional experience and the strong relationships I have throughout the Greek community to create the first company to offer event planning assistance for Greek formals on a national level,” he says. “I truly have a passion for Greek event planning.”

In addition to Olivas’s firsthand knowledge of Greek organizations and their special event needs, T.E.A.M. is also unique in its far-reaching range of partners provides many options for venues. “Even though we have venues nationwide, I want to make unforgettable occasions available to every Greek chapter, whether those are local banquets or spring break destination getaways.”

Thousands of fraternity and sorority members across North America already use T.E.A.M. to plan group events and travel. From local banquets to snowboarding trips in Aspen and formals in Las Vegas, T.E.A.M. provides Greek organizations with an easy-to-use, time-saving and cost-effective resource.
