Home remodeling seminar educates homeowners on how they can maximize the financial and emotional returns that come from a well-designed and beautifully remodeled home.

Remodeling nightmares are avoidable, there is a better way and we can show you how.

On August 23, 2012, from 6:30-8:30 pm HartmanBaldwin Design/Build will offer, at no charge to the public, this informative and confidence building seminar. This local effort will be held at the Ross Conference Room in Pasadena (attendees will receive a confirmation email with the actual address). The goal of this seminar is to educate homeowners on how they can maximize the financial and emotional returns that come from a well-designed and beautifully remodeled home.

Workshop leader, Bill Judson is an Architect at HartmanBaldwin Design/Build and heads HartmanBaldwin’s consulting team. He and his team of design/build consultants are grounded with the practical know-how necessary to provide innovative solutions to the toughest remodeling dilemmas. He holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Architecture and is a registered Architect, LEED Accredited Professional and won an award for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. He has been certified as a Green Builder & Rater by California’s Build-It-Green Organization and the California Building Performance Contractors Association (CBPCA).

“People don't plan to fail, but they often fail to plan. This is especially true where home remodeling is concerned.” explains Bill Judson. Since remodeling is a complex process with many details to be planned, coordinated, and anticipated, even before the first nail is driven, homeowners are faced with several important decisions: Will the design project meet my family's needs? How can I hold everyone to my budget? What compromises will I have to make? How do I protect myself and my investment? This one of a kind workshop offers the chance to address these issues and help attendees obtain a clearer vision of how they successfully manage a remodel of their own home.

Contact HartmanBaldwin by phone 626.486.0510 or register online via their website (http://hartmanbaldwin.com/sgw-registration.asp) to take advantage of this opportunity. Seating is limited; this workshop will fill up fast. People are encouraged to rsvp early. Light food and refreshments will also be served.
