Esquire's expanded program includes new course content, online classes and expanded curriculum

Esquire Innovations, Inc., a leading provider of Microsoft Office integration software and services for law firms, today announced changes to its trainer certification program for key Esquire products: iCreate, iDocID and iHyperstyles.

Esquire Innovations’ Client Services department, led by Joel Kamps (Director of Business Development) and Judye Carter Reynolds (Director of Client Solutions) has greatly enhanced the certification program by making it easily accessible to independent training consultants and companies having no prior experience with Esquire products, while adding new course content, offering online classes, and a path for continuing education and certification renewal. Although Esquire has been certifying trainers of its products for many years, the expansion was necessary due to the company’s recent growth and client demand. The program now caters to all individuals that may be involved with the rollout, end user training, or pilot support taking place during a typical product deployment.

The recent program expansion has been applauded by Esquire clients for providing a supplemental source of trainers armed with the knowledge and tools to effectively train on essential work-flow applications such as iCreate. “Law firms and other organizations continually face the challenge of ensuring consistency and effectiveness of outside training companies when training on applications they might only be marginally familiar with,” stated Reynolds. “This program provides assurance that a certified trainer will be up to date on new versions and equipped to protect the investment a firm has already made by increasing user acceptance and efficiency in a key product area.”

Esquire now takes a proactive role in sourcing expert Microsoft Office trainers who would be best suited and most interested in applying for this program, cultivating quality control and adding value for Esquire clients. CompuWorks, a leading provider of training and IT services for over 25 years, has been one such source. “CompuWorks is very excited to be involved in the Esquire Certified Training Program,” states Pat Whooley, Director of Business Development for the company based out of Boston. “This program has both increased our level of knowledge on Esquire’s products as well as allowed our trainers to advance their understanding of proper document workflow in Microsoft Office. This combined approach, involving Microsoft Office and Esquire’s products, has been extremely successful as we’ve assisted many firms through the most recent Microsoft Office upgrade.”

Esquire has acknowledged that in order to accomplish its goals they would have to adapt the program to fit the needs of today’s fast paced and remote workforce. “There are some great benefits, including acknowledgement on the Esqinc.com website, of being an independent iCreate Certified Trainer, but we realized we must address the real world barriers to entry,” stated Kamps. “Let’s face it, most people don’t want to spend money on airfare, hotels, meals, and take a couple days out of the field with that associated loss of income, to gain a certification; it’s pretty much an outdated model. Based on feedback we’ve received from the training community, we think we’ve developed a better formula, and it’s evidenced by the number of trainers going through the program this year.”

“While our products have always been intuitive and easy to use because of our integrated Enhanced Native Architecture ™ philosophy, for users to experience the full benefit of the powerful tools at their disposal it is more vital than ever to ensure trainers have the in-depth product knowledge to teach it,” stated Ian Kujawa, President of Esquire Innovations. “We will continue to expand and enhance the trainer certification program so that we can respond to our clients’ demand to verify and recommend competent trainers in full confidence.”
