Fastest-growing women’s triathlon series empowers thousands of female athletes

WHAT: SheROX San Diego—a female-only sprint distance triathlon on October 21—is one of the eight events in the SheROX Toyota Triathlon Series sponsored by Toyota. The series is unique not only because it is for women-only, but also because of the SheROX Mentor Program. This program is used to ensure that race participants have a positive event experience from the moment they begin training, to the moment they cross the finish line. In this event, an experienced triathlete is paired with an amateur racer to answer questions and offer ongoing support as race day approaches.

Participants can now pre-register online. Cost of registration for the sprint race is $75 for individuals and $120 for relay teams of two or three people. Registration for the super sprint race is $65 for individuals and $100 for relay teams. All prices increase by $10 on September 1. All participants, including relay team members, must be a USAT member or purchase a single event permit for an additional $12.
