Santa Fe has long been known as a city of art and artists, so we are excited to offer a very personal experience for guests to meet and learn from our city's esteemed painters, sculptors, weavers and more. -Dana Ortega, Marketing Diretor

The Inn and Spa at Loretto, managed by Destination Hotels & Resorts, is now offering a new program for guests called “Artist in Residence”, highlighting the work of nationally known artists as they interact with guests.

During a total of four or more hours, a professional artist works on a piece of art while communicating their techniques, methods and stories with guests in the Loretto Studio, across from the concierge desk in the lobby. The $14/day service fee paid by all guests covers the cost of the program, therefore there is no additional cost to hotel guests.

Santa Fe is known as the country’s third largest art market and is home to over 200 galleries and 12 museums as well as a renowned culinary arts scene.
Upcoming Artists in Residence programming includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  •     AUGUST 20-23: ROSS BARRABLE (sculptor) will be in the studio from 3 pm-9 pm
