BetterNetworker recently created a survey designed to gauge member satisfaction, engagement, and aspects of the site to improve.
The survey, which consisted of 10 questions, asked members what areas of the site they like best and spend the most time on, what they want to see more of, and what improvements they think could be made, among other things.
“As an online social community, we thrive off of the contributions made by our members, so it’s really critical for us to know what they think so that we can make improvements and continue to uphold the quality of training and support BetterNetworker is known for,” says CEO Jesse Jameson.
“Our goal is to provide our members with all of the tools they need to build their business, so this survey is a way for us to help them communicate with us about what they require, what’s working for them, and what’s not.”
The survey found that most members spend several hours per week on the site and tend to spend their time evenly between reading content, participating in/viewing the forums, and reading the newsletters that are sent out several times per week.
Overall, the vast majority of members surveyed were extremely pleased with the site. When asked to rate how likely they were to recommend BetterNetworker to a friend or colleague on a scale of 1-10, more people chose “10” than any other number.
“We’re extremely pleased with the results of the survey,” says Editor Andrew Draughon. The feedback we got was overwhelmingly positive and tells us that our members are quite satisfied with the site and how they can use it. The responses we got also included some great suggestions from members, which we’ll get to work on implementing right away in order to make BetterNetworker an even better experience for our users.”
“We were really surprised with how many members took the time to fill out the survey,” says BetterNetworker Editor Victoria Garment. “It tells us that people really care about our community and the value they get from it, and so they want to help make it as valuable a resource as possible. We really appreciate the support of our members and want to do everything we possibly can to meet their needs.”
