SouthwestCRM, a UK software development company, is pleased to announce the release of CRM2IRIS, a cloud-based connector for SugarCRM and IRIS Practice Manangement software. By combining two leading technologies, CRM2IRIS helps accountants maximize sales potential within existing client accounts, drives new business and nurtures their base of referrers and introducers.

SouthwestCRM has delivered innovative software solutions to the SME marketplace for several years and today is pleased to announce the availability of "CRM2IRIS for Accountants". CRM2IRIS is a secure 'black box' solution hosted in the cloud to transfer and synchronise data held in IRIS with data stored in SugarCRM.

Until now, an accountancy practice would need to manage multiple spreadsheets or separate marketing databases in order to proactively find new business and look after existing client relationships. Client Relationship Management (CRM) was not part of a practice management system. The challenge has always been to harness the data within IRIS for effective marketing and client relationship building. Information change in IRIS needs to be feed the firm's marketing engines right down to when a client dies. It can be embarassing for an accountant if the latest newletter on making a Will is sent to a recently departed client!

CRM2IRIS ensures the right marketing information is sent to the right clients, in their preferred format and at the right time. For example, when a new client is added to IRIS and key attributes are assigned to the client, the contacts are added to the appropriate SugarCRM marketing campaign and messages begin to be fed to the contact at predefined times. MD of SouthwestCRM, Simon Leek, says "once the two systems are connected, the partner doesn't need to do anything. No more fiddling about with disjointed and potentially out of date spreadsheets."
