Launch of a New Direct Student Group Discounts Tickets Website

Best Orlando Group Discounts just announced the Phase I launch of a new direct student group discount tickets website, Phase I of this website gives student groups, who prefer to book their trips via the Internet, the opportunity to purchase discounted group tickets (up to 40% off gate prices) to Orlando’s theme parks, attractions, water parks and dinner shows.

According to the Student & Youth Travel Association (SYTA), “nearly 75% of all student groups are now using the Internet to book their trips.” As a response to these findings, was created to better service Orlando-bound direct student groups with all of their trip needs in one place. The website targets many different types of student groups including 8th grade class trips, senior class trips, band, orchestra, choral and dance ensembles, theatre/drama trips, boy/girl scouting troops, church groups, educational groups, sports teams, and student fun trips. The goal of this customer-interactive website is to assist student groups in making important decisions on what Orlando options meet their curriculum and budgetary needs. Currently, the only sites available to student groups who desire to travel to Orlando include tour operator websites and individual/family type ticketing sites. Phase I of the website (just launched) contains detailed information, videos, and images on each of Orlando’s theme parks, group-friendly attractions, water parks and dinner shows. From the site, the consumer will be able to obtain the latest discount group ticket pricing, up to 40% off of gate prices. Phase II of this website is currently being built and will be launched late fall/early winter. Phase II will provide detailed information on Central Florida group-friendly hotels, vacation home resorts, restaurants, motorcoach, minibus and van transportation companies, and group flights. The site will allow the user to choose favorite suppliers and email them directly for quotes and to book reservations. Phase II is strictly being built as a referral site so that the consumer can obtain the best direct group rates from each of their chosen favorite suppliers with no commissions attached.
