Fletcher/CSI is pleased to announce that in July of 2012, Eric Dingus came on board as VP, Financial Services & Health Insurance and Bonnie Tucker joined Fletcher/CSI in August as Vice President, Technology Practice.
Eric Dingus has over 13 years’ experience as a Competitive Intelligence Director, Corporate Strategy Director, and Competitive Intelligence Consultant in the financial services and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Fletcher/CSI, he led strategic planning and competitive intelligence at Healthways, the largest well-being company in the healthcare industry. He served as Director of Competitive Intelligence and Director of Military Strategy for USAA, a diversified financial services company. As a former CI consultant and owner of a competitive intelligence and research firm, Eric understands the demands put on CI, strategy, and marketing professionals and is committed to ensuring that clients derive maximum benefit from their collaboration with Fletcher/CSI. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma in Political Science and History. Outside of the CI arena, Eric serves on the board of ProductCamp Nashville and co-chairs operations for TEDxNashville.
Bonnie Tucker has over 15 years’ experience in Market Intelligence and Technology. Prior to joining Fletcher/CSI, Bonnie spent 4 years at ABI Research where she managed relationships with key strategic global accounts and operators. Before that, she spent a combined seven years at Yankee Group and Ovum where she managed the relationships with many of the companies highest profile clients, including Cisco, Intel, RIM, IBM, and Qualcomm. She also ran the North American channel program for Adero, Inc. a $130 million pre-IPO web acceleration delivery company. Bonnie graduated Cum Laude from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts in politics with departmental honors.
